Graduate Programmer

This is a labs (software engineering) team role. The successful candidate will be a capable programmer who sees this skill as a calling and not just a career. You will be required to assist the development team in many different programming tasks, defect troubleshooting and even testing but as a result you will learn a lot about building apps for devices and desktops.

The Position:

  • Graduate Programmer located in Elizabeth Street Sydney overlooking Hyde Park
  • Programming, system admin, troubleshooting, testing may all come up in this role.
  • Attend industry events.

The Candidate:

  • Driven, focused and attention to detail
  • Prepared to get in and get the job done
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Willingness to get in and shake the tree and deliver to over exceed expectations
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft.net framework, Javascript and SQL database technology
  • jQuery experience helpful

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Educated with undergraduate studies in computer science and or related IT degrees.
  • Willingness to continue and progress forward with personal professional development

Experience Required:

  • Experience of 1+ years in programming whilst at university or otherwise.
  • Previous industry experience helpful which may include accounting, software support.
  • Broad experience in modern, technology driven business that embraces new media concepts.
  • Exposure to running a small business is advantageous.
  • Documentation/writing experience is helpful.
