Giving my Accountant Access

Advisors Get Free Access

You can give permission to your advisors to access you data so they can provide their services to you such as bookkeeping, accounting, business coaching and financial planning.

How to add an Advisor

  1. Sign-in to your file first, click on My Saasu link on the top right and click on your subscription name. Then click the Add user link found on the top of the user list.
  2. Fill in the details of your advisor including his/her email address
  3. In the file list below, click on the drop down list adjacent to the File Name that you want to grant access to your accountant, and select the Access Level (i.e. Full)
  4. Tick the check box This user is my advisor. If you want your advisor to be able to add/edit/delete files and users etc. for your subscription, then tick the check box This user has permission to manage membership details. If you don’t want him/her to do so, leave it blank.
  5. Click on the Invite Button.

Your advisor will receive an email with your invitation, and he/she can activate their user accounts by clicking on the activation link in the email.

On occasions the email invite can get caught in a junk mail folder. This is a good place to check first if the email invite doesn’t get through.
