Sometimes the service team here at Saasu.com need access to your information in order to assist you with a problem.
Under the terms of service you agree to when you sign up with us we already legally have the right to access your data for specific purposes like this but we normally don’t use that right of access without asking you again formally.
This is mainly as a courtesy but it is also because we take data security very seriously and think that it is better to get specific permission from you when it is needed.
We think this small inconvenience is worthwhile for us both because your information security is important and it ensures tighter control.

If you raise a service request with our service team via the phone or the web, we may ask you to grant us permission to investigate the issue. We will normally only do this via an access request email (with a link to this page) from a nominated Saasu Service Team staff member to the pre-registered email address for the subscription or file even if we have spoken on the phone. This is a security measure.
To allow Saasu service team members access please -
1. Raise a service case online and give us clear instructions on the problem you have in writing here, this is a security measure and in order to ensure the Internet address of the request is tracked and we auto detect your technical configuration and specific details on the request. You need to explicitly provide us with access (see step 2) or give us additional permission in writing as part of the service request or a subsequent email.
2. Invite the named staff member dealing with your issue access to the specific file you wish them to investigate. We recommend you only give them as much access as necessary to investigate the problem. Click on My Saasu> Subscription name> Add User and you will see the following screen. Please fill it out as per the Sample Business below and we will get in touch with you. We recommend you remove this access once the service issue has been resolved by our team.
