Capture all those snippets of information in one step. No more sticky notes and stray dockets. We call it Catch. Anything you type becomes a To Do activity. Any activity can become a transaction or more. A simple s: in the front will also search google for your term. All your reminders, to dos, research notes, expense claim dockets, names and numbers, notes, time sheets, meeting minutes, project tasks anywhere on web or mobile text message (SMS**).

Flexible grouping of transactions, contacts and notes for any purpose you can think of - group by anything - sales person, customer job, priority, location, project, cost centre. They are only limited by your imagination. Combine they any which way too. They also learn as you use them which ones are more popular so they are faster to find next time.

Report Tags

Sometimes tags can be just too flexible and you need to keep some things in just one place, folders let you do this. Folders were previously a separate set of categories in Saasu, now they are part of the Tags list.

Contact Groups

Refreshing an old popular feature. Contact Groups have moved to the main desktop and can be used to automate tasks such as Recurring Sales/Purchases for a group of counterparties. They are ideal for applying the same type of process to multiple contacts. This useful feature was previously hard to find and is now available on the mega menu for one click access.

Reports Revamp

Reports are now easier to find and use, a special group for the popular exports has been setup and they are also internationalised now so you just see the ones that work for your zone. You can also request new reports online any time to our development team using Help Central.
